What does it mean when he wont propose?

Some guys wont propose because theyre not ready for marriage yet. He isnt stringing you along, hes moving at his own pace and thats good for both of you. Typically, women just plain feel ready for marriage more quickly than the average man. That doesnt mean that men arent thinking about tying the knot.
