Skout is owned and operated by The Meet Group, Inc. Skout provides a service that allows Account holders to create unique personal profiles and communicate with other members.

What is the Skout app used for?

It is the Frankensteins monster of dating apps. Skout lets you chat, or request to chat, with any user you come across under the “Meet” tab, which displays user photos and ages in a style similar to Grindr.
