My girls had the strawberry and peach. Easy to find, full of 20 something hipsters, most tables were full. We ordered an assortment of sushi rolls including: volcano roll delicious, my favorite ,crazy crab roll without the fish eggs on top , double shrimp roll yummy , shrimp tempura roll, and vegetable roll. A brothy ginger sauce is what sets it off, making for a great pairing. I'm not sure what happened, but it was not great! I've served, bartended and managed before and nothing is worse than to make an excuse as to why a guest had a poor dining experience. There's no excuse as to why he just found out today what's printed on their receipts. The margaritas are potent but still sweet. I'm not a big fan of sushi and the waitress did not mind all of my questions. On the positive side, Izabel is a fantastic server. Shrimp, volcano, Cali, salmon, etc Volcano won hands down. He left behind all the small remnants that could easily have become lodged in your shoes. The sweet chili sauce is delicious and the wings remained crunchy even with the sauce. Nowhere to park on a Saturday night, but that's pretty much anywhere right? No fault of his own but they should all be trained on what coupons they have and etc. Service on point - food came out quickly and my friend and I scarfed down our meals. Initially it had whole scallops and real crabmeat.
The waitress we had forgot about us halfway through dinner. We always get the same roll, and it has gotten progressively worse. Sidenote: I should add that our waiter was really good and was really good at trying to get the situation handled the best he could. We replied no, and it took Ashley another 5 minutes to bring the check. As a long time customer this will be our last visit. Wide variety of options and a great service.
I would definitely come back! You know the holidays are coming, plan accordingly. He basically said you eat there, do the review and the same or next day you can get the offer. Trevor was amazing to us and didnt mind at all that I asked for Hector. Overall the prices were not that expensive and the service was great. Your Floor manager just basically said f' us and to Hell with our money. The little neighborhood East Atlanta Village is such a great community. We saw her on her phone a couple different times.
