Unfortunately, Basic Plenty of Fish search without registering feature has gone permanently and no users can do POF search without having an account. As the website got revamped recently and they have removed the anonymous profile search feature.

How can you find someone on POF without them knowing?

Go to Edit Profile/Mail Settings. Under Allow a user to see I viewed their profile select No to hide your profile views.
