If your file is being reviewed for some reason, such as being reported by another Plenty of Fish user, your account might be temporarily suspended while the company investigates. Wait two days and then try logging in again. If you still cant access your account, look back over your recent behavior on the account.

Why is POF not working?

If some of the features are working on POF while others are displaying the error, it is most likely that your app is outdated. Go to Play Store and upgrade the app to its latest version. It might be possible that POF is actually down. In this case, you wont be able to access the POF app or website at all.
